SITREP is a hazard tracking and analysis tool specifically designed and developed by AMOG Consulting to provide a simple, user friendly tool around which a safety case can be managed and reported. The process underlying the tool is based around the 'bow-tie' risk model, and provides complete traceability from identification of hazards through to causes, outcomes, safety control requirements, and requirements verification.

SITREP is customisable, and allows safety risk to be analysed against any user defined criteria. It has an intuitive tree structure for navigation and data entry that allows quick and easy access. The tool is web-based, and therefore offers the flexibility of being accessible from most operating systems without the need for additional software installation. Reports can be generated in HTML, PDF and Word formats. Additional reports can be created in line with user defined requirements.

SITREP has been developed on a very robust system safety analysis process, used by AMOG Consulting on over 60 system safety projects over the last 7 years. It provides the ideal way to manage hazard log data throughout the life of a system, from minor equipment upgrade projects to major complex system development programs.
